      • The fifth biannual meeting of the Newcline project will be placed on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at the CTTC-UPC premises (Heat and Mass Transfer Technological Centre, Colon 11, Terrassa, Barcelona)

      • A one-dimensional model and the influence of the mass flow rate in a structured thermal energy storage system for concentrated solar power plants" was presented at the International Conference on Computational Heat and Mass Transfer, held in Düsseldorf, Germany, 4-8 September 2023.

      • The fourth biannual meeting of the Newcline project was placed on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at the SPF premises (Institut für Solartechnik, Ostschweizer Fachhochschule, Oberseestr 10, Rapperswil, Switzerland)

      • Presentation of the Newcline activities at the Eurotherm Seminar #116 Europe's Corner, Universitat de Lleida (Campus Cappont, c/Jaume II, 67, Lleida, Spain), on Wednesday, May 24, afternoon session (15:00 - 17:00)

      • The third biannual meeting of the Newcline project was placed on January 17, 2023, at the EAI premises in Madrid (Spain)

      • The paper entitled "Parametric Study of Structured Thermocline Storage Systems" was presented at the EuroSun2022 conference, held in Kassel, Germany, from September 25 to 29, 2022. The poster presentation is available at this link.

      • The second biannual meeting of the Newcline project was hold on June 22, 2022, at the DLR facilities in Cologne (Germany)

      • The paper entitled  "Modelization of a molten salt thermal energy storage for concentrated solar power plant" was presented on June 5, at the ECCOMAS Congress, Oslo, 5th-9th June 2022 (https://eccomas2022.org/frontal/Introduction.asp). The presentation was given in the session Enabling Industrial Applications Towards Exascale Computing.
